As unenrolled voters we vote for the person, not the party. That is why we are casting our vote for Jim Kelcourse. He has been out there going door to door to let the voters know who he is and to listen to their concerns. He is smart, caring and dedicated. If he doesn’t know the answer, he will find it out. That is why we believe he is the person for state rep. That is why we are casting our vote for Jim Kelcourse.
